Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, given they have not begun the fulfilment and shipping process. Once your items have begun the fulfillment and shipping process, we are unable to cancel your order.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Please note there is often processing time associated with refunds.
